LottoTune Official Rules

These Official Rules apply to the promotional giveaways offered in connection with qualifying LottoTune album purchases and Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”).

1. Sponsor

The promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by LottoTune (the “Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Stripe, Heroku, Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor may be ineligible at Sponsor’s discretion.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter each Giveaway for a participating album and format:

  1. Purchase Entry: When you purchase a qualifying LottoTune album format (Digital, CD, or Vinyl) through the official LottoTune website, your purchase may automatically generate an entry into the corresponding Giveaway. Entries are recorded when your payment is successfully processed and marked as completed in our system.
  2. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, complete the AMOE form at https://www.lottotune.com/amoe-request. You must provide your full name, a valid email address, and select the album and format you wish to enter for. AMOE entries are treated the same as purchase-based entries for purposes of winner selection.

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Entry Limits

Sponsor may impose reasonable limits on the number of entries per person, per email address, and/or per household, whether by purchase or AMOE, to prevent abuse or fraud. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or submitted using automated or deceptive means.

5. Promotion Period & Albums

Each participating album and format has its own Giveaway tracking based on units sold and valid AMOE entries received. Sponsor may open or close albums and formats for entry at any time, and may publicly display progress toward prize milestones on the LottoTune website.

6. Prize Structure & Odds

For each participating album and format, Sponsor intends to award prizes such as:

Actual prize amounts and the number of winners per milestone may vary by album and format and will be disclosed on the LottoTune website or related materials. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the corresponding album and format at the time a milestone is reached.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

When a prize milestone is reached for a given album and format, Sponsor will randomly select the designated number of winners from the pool of eligible entries for that album and format. Potential winners may be notified via email using the email address associated with their purchase or AMOE entry. If a potential winner does not respond within a reasonable time or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes & Responsibilities

Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize awards are final and binding.

10. Privacy

Information submitted by participants in connection with the Giveaway will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy practices and only as necessary to operate the promotion, contact winners, and comply with legal obligations.
